Applications for Stallholders, Displays and Food Vendors at this year’s Ray White Semaphore Street Fair on Sunday 29th November 2026 are now open.

    Please note:
    * Insurance certificates may be submitted later in the year if they expire before the event.
    * Food Vendor Food Business Numbers must be provided on application.

    1. ALL STALLHOLDERS – Certificate of Currency (CoC)
    Public liability insurance must cover outdoor events for a minimum of $10,000,000 (10 million dollars) coverage. This is non-negotiable. If you do not have insurance cover presently, please email ashley@semaphorestreetfair.com.au a copy of your Certificate of Currency no less than one month before the event.

    2. FOOD VENDORS – Food Business Notification (FBN)
    All food vendors must provide their food business notification (FBN) and additional information required by our local council for this application. If you are a stallholder who sells/serves or provides food samples, you require an FBN.
