ALL STALLHOLDERS – Certificate of Currency (CoC) Public liability insurance must cover outdoor events for a minimum of $10,000,000 (10 million dollars) coverage. This is non-negotiable. If you do not have insurance cover presently, please email ashley@semaphorestreetfair.com.au a copy of your Certificate of Currency no less than one month before the event. 2. FOOD VENDORS – Food Business Notification (FBN) All food vendors must provide their food business notification (FBN) and additional information required by our local council for this application.
