1. ALL STALLHOLDERS - Certificate of Currency (CoC)
Public liability insurance must cover outdoor events for a minimum of $10,000,000 (10 million dollars) coverage. This is non-negotiable. If you do not have insurance cover presently, please email ashley@semaphorestreetfair.com.au a copy of your CoC no less than one month before the event.

2. FOOD VANS - Food Business Notification (FBN)
All Food Vans must provide their Food Business Notification (FBN). If you are a stallholder who sells/serves or provides samples of food and require a FBN please provide the number in this section.
