Below is a list of our most frequently asked questions.

Can I bring my dog?

The Semaphore Street Fair is a pet friendly event, although we do not encourage this. The Street Fair is now a major event attracting a huge crowd and is noisy, hot or wet for your pet and these are not the best conditions for Fido to remain on his/her best behaviour, so it is best to think twice before bringing him/her along. Being late November the temperature can be much too hot to bring Fido – please consider your pet’s comfort before bringing them out in hot weather.

Can I busk at the Street Fair?

There are busking and performance opportunities within the Street Fair precinct, but these must be negotiated with the Street Fair Manager. Please visit the performers page of this website for more information. Please note, that you must have a current Busking Permit issued by a relevant South Australian council and you must follow their performance guidelines at all times.

How do I become a stallholder?

What are the costs for stallholders?

Equipment hire (if required) Marquee hire 3m x 3m $110 – Marquee hire 3m x 6m $220 – Trestle Table $30 – Round Table $20 – Plastic Chair $5 – 1.8m.

Is the Street Fair still on if it rains?
